This website is still under construction (and probably always will be) but feel free to look around.
Please email us about anything you see that needs fixing, removing, adding, improving, whatever. All comments appreciated - good or bad.
You can see most things without logging in or joining, but you will need to register then log-in as a member to actually access most areas. It's easy enough, and free. Just click the Become a Member box and fill in the details.
I'm still sorting out files and areas, so be patient please. I'm new at this program, so if anyone can stuff it up, it's me.

Grabbit....gone?

Grabbit.org.nz --- is gone.
and the grabbit.hopto.org address now redirects here.
I had far too many web addresses costing a heap and doing almost nothing, so it was clean up time.
If you use the grabbit.hopto.org link, you may have problems posting in forums, blogs etc. If so ensure you use the redrider.org.nz address, or any of those in the top banner.
Let me know if any problems. Thanks

Well the new site is online, using GuppY CMS, english version 4.6 
Please tell us what you like - or don't - so we can improve things. It's here for you after all.
I looked at around 25 CMS systems and portals, most were mysql which I intensely dislike after having endless problems and data loss, so I settled for a flatfile system. Guppy was the easiest to administer, but flatnux (flatnuke3) was a close second. Just that.... it's in Italian and I couldn't find english docs.... so Guppy wins.
PS: Also now found Lanius CMS which is great. May change once checked it out more.
For a really simple CMS, try Razor or QuickCMS/QuickCart (Quickcart is QuickCMS with a shopping cart added. Both very good. Note: There are two other CMS's out there using the same name.)
All mentioned are free versions. I'll add them all to downloads at some stage.
